It is well known that at the end of the last century there was significant progress in the understanding of the pathogenetical mechanism of haemostasis (thrombosis-hemorrhage) as applied laboratory methods of control with specific hematological, biochemical, immunological and molecular techniques .
Growth in blood donation and biotechnology has contributed decisively to the treatment of patients with bleeding disorders, resulting prolong life of patients with acquired or hereditary hemorrhagic moods.
In this work reference is made to hereditary and acquired hemorrhagic syndromes, their laboratory investigation and the treatment of patients with hemorrhagic disorders.
