Design and develpoment of database pediatric patients in general hospital psychiatric clinic

In today's world, the worlds of information technology and information systems are the ones that dominate and play a leading role. Many businesses such as this and a general hospital use such information systems to achieve goals in providing better services in the health sector. In this work, a very important type of information system was designed and developed for a pediatric general hospital in a psychiatric clinic.
Its purpose is to greatly facilitate the work of the mental health nurse and the psychiatrist who are both working in the psychiatric clinic.
As far as the methodology used to develop this data, it was based on:
(a) The design part that included the definition of and the analysis of the requirements of the particular system and the diagrammatic representation thereof, attempting to resolve the storage of a large amount of information developed for psychiatric clinic pediatric patients
b) The part of the implementation that was based on downloading the XAMPP program, creating a folder inside it by storing files in php, html, bootsrap programming languages and storing images in order to properly display the database on the Internet,
c) In the assessment of this basis to suggest some ideas for further improvement of the present application
d) Searching for international, electronic and printed literature to gather as much information as possible for writing the present paper, and
e) To search for similar work on the internet in order to make final conclusions either positive or negative for finally improve the quality of the present work.
The results indicated that the development of a relational MySQL database based on a dynamic web site model could be a major innovation to address the challenge of managing and disseminate useful information in very delicate situations such as the mental health care for pediatric patients.
With the completion of this work it can be concluded that the use of such a database will enable information to be recorded and retrieved quickly and reliably by health employees especially medical doctor and nurses working in a hospital environment, which will lead to a better assessment of pediatric incidents in children mental illnesses and contribute to the appropriate selection of the best treatment and will reduce the additional risks of relapses in this environment.
