Summary:
The hydrotherapy is a therapeutic method known from antiquity for the treatment of various diseases as musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular and others. According to studies the physiotherapist aware and utilizing the chemical properties of water and physical reactions of the body when moving through in this can succeed very well results even in the early phase of rehabilitation, reduce pain, reduce swelling, increase muscle metabolism.
The programs of hydrotherapy planned and executed in a special pools with specifications and suitable accessories specifically for the problem of the patient.
In particular in musculoskeletal diseases where the patient suffer from pain and reduce functionality the results are very good, improves the power of the patient, neuromuscular fitting and balance as a result is the patient’s a better quality of life.
In this study especially will be examined the effect of hydrotherapy in some musculoskeletal diseases such as osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
