Summary:
This diploma thesis is divided into two pieces, the first one dealing with the theoretical part of marketing and its use in public health, and the second the development of the marketing plan of an innovative application, the VacManager.
In the first chapter is analyzed the key points of marketing theory. In the second chapter is described the process of developing a marketing plan.
In the third chapter is analyzed e-marketing theory and its advantages.
In the fourth chapter is described social marketing theory and its application to public health.
The fifth and sixth chapters are the second part of the diplomatic work.
In the fifth chapter is described the vaccination environment as well as the idea of the VacManager application. While in the sixth is developed the marketing plan the VAcManager application.
Finally, the dissertation ends with some general author’ s conclusions.
