Summary:
The purpose of this research is to study the coordination chemistry of the organic bidentate ligand 2-(2’-pyridyl)quinoline with divalent and trivalent ruthenium. In order to achieve this, new Ru(II) and Ru(III) coordination compounds were synthesized with the above mentioned ligand, and their physicochemical characterization was followed.
In the following chapters, the obtained results and conclusions from this study are reported.
