Summary:
ABSTRACT
The school climate attracts the interest of researchers over the last decades. The
study of the school climate refers to the perceptions of the people involved in the
school. The climate of each school affects the attitudes of people living in it while it
has an impact on the educational work being produced. The purpose of this paper is
to study the perceptions of primary school teachers in relation to the school climate
and its implications for the educational project. The survey involved 138 teachers.
The survey data is collected using a questionnaire built for study purposes. The
results of the survey show that the school climate has a great impact on the work of
the teacher. The conclusion that emerges from this research is that school climate is
a catalyst for the harmonious functioning of the school and its educational
outcomes.
