Summary:
The purpose of this thesis is to present some general frameworks, which either describe the basic dimensions of the m-Health systems (Chapter 3) either they depict the stages in the adoption of m-Health technology by the health organizations (Chapter 2) or they allow the development of personalized health applications matched to each patient depending on the disease and its symptoms (Chapter 4). In addition to the above, we will present the most important methods of evaluating the m-Health applications, each with its own advantages and limitations.
