Abstract
Nowadays, information is great, so does the development of technology. It is important that the organization that wants to offer services to the citizen is able to give him as much information as possible. This applies to all organizations, especially when referring to Museums where they are informal learning places and are aimed at all ages and all social groups.
Museums are evolving and diversifying, not being timeless entities, but institutions that are directly linked to society as they serve its purposes and adapt to the needs of society. But how does a museum come to where it is ready to serve society and its needs? To this end, it comes to the science of the administration to set its basic principles and thus enable the museum to function constructively.
This will require an extensive study on management and strategic planning and then lay the foundations for a marketing plan tailored to the needs of the organization.
