Scales of assessement functional mobility after Stroke
Summary:
The aim of rehabilitation medicine (after stroke) is to minimize disability and maximize independence to acquire and improve functional capacities. These objectives aim to functional health and maintaining a quality of life. More specifically, the medical rehabilitation focuses on evaluation, conservation and restoration of functional capacities-motor, emotional and mental-of the person during the execution of an activity. The objective measurement of the level of motor functional capacities in the use of special functional kinetic evaluation scales. The rating scales is technical, with key activities divided into categories, with a view to measuring the performance of the individual in their execution, and aim to improve and maintain quality of life. Serve to design a rehabilitation program, like Predictor item recovery kinetics as an objective indicator of improvement. The work focuses on the process of patient recovery after Stroke (AEE). It seems the need for tools/weighted evaluation scales functionality after GNI, how many attempts to create them have become. Although there are no longer valid, weighted, sensitive to allow multiple combinations and there is need for weighting in each country (differentiated data). There are however useful in stroke rehabilitation and the forecast recovery module, and the progress and adaptation of the rehabilitation program and for the measurement of the final outcome.
