Η ΕΝΝΟΙΑ ΤΟΥ ΘΕΟΥ ΣΤΟ ΕΡΓΟ ΤΟΥ ΝΤΕΚΑΡΤ
Translated title:
The concept o God in Descartes' writings
Summary:
The purpose of this thesis is to present the concept that is given to God in the corpus of Descartes’ work, as this concept is revealed through his most important writings. The importance of Descartes' work and the crucial role it played in the modern philosophy motivated me to try develop the concept of the philosophical God. However, I also devoted space to the theological framework of the concept of God, since there were censures against Descartes and intense conversations took place (and still do), that he was either a deist or an atheist. To this end, there will be a reference in this thesis, to the historical environment in which Descartes lived and acted, which certainly played an important role in shaping his Philosophy.
