Summary:
In the First chapter of this thesis we will make a historical throwback to the development of human resources, to the evolutionary course of human resources within the multinational companies whereas there will be a reference to surveys and to the conclusions of researches who have studied this subject.
By using this specific theoretical approach we are aiming to promote the most appropriate administrative model in the growth of human resources within the international business.
In the next chapter we are making a reference to the role of education of the employees, its aims and its outcome in business. We are going to analyze the meaning of strategy but also the difficulties that multinational companies face nowadays concerning its “adoption” and application . Furthermore, in this chapter we will point out the importance of the cooperation between education and strategy in order to bring out the desirable outcome.
In the third chapter of this thesis there will be a reference to the multinational company “AB Vassilopoulos” (historical recursion, goals, strategies, actions but also education of the company’s employees).
In the last chapter, swot analysis will be used on “AB Vassilopoulos” in order to show it’s strong features but also the parts where the company must focus on so the cooperation between strategy and education will be achieved.
