South-East Europe and the emergence of a new World Order
Summary:
The following endeavor is an attempt to shed light on the dynamics developing around the Region of South East Europe under the Emergence of a New, Post Modern International World Order. Initially, the precise Methodological and inclusive Literature layout is initially presented, so as to provide a thorough and easily comprehensible environment. Then, Research proceeds to the presentation of the International Actors involved- namely China, the United States, the European Union and Russia- as well as to a depiction of their current interconnected relations on the field. To provide an even more stable and accurate foundation for the reader, a concise case study on Sub-Saharan Africa is presented. Finally, attention shifts towards extracting tendencies, prospects, conclusions and further inquiries on the initial Research Question. To reach this goal, three theories are introduced to interact with the previously outlined reality: Hedley Bull’s ‘’Neo-Medievalism’’, Samuel Huntington’s ‘’Clash of Civilizations’’ and Graham Allison’s ‘’Thucydides Trap’’ are mobilized in a successive manner to securely develop an array of predictions and further inquiries on the future of the South East European Region in the International System under formulation.
