Summary:
The link between each individual and his state is the beginning, but also the continuation of the enjoyment of his fundamental rights and the protection of his fundamental freedoms in the state where he lives and outside. This link is known as the nationality. Regardless, if so much of the theory and practice has been dealt with so far, it has been considered to be feasible to study this link in conjunction with human rights.
