In the present study, once the constitutional background of the protection of personal data has been determined, in relation to its competitive rights, following an overview of the supranational status of protection, the aforementioned parameters have been analyzed with regard to judicial officers in particular, and it has been attempted to clarify their importance through examples of national case law and the case law of the European Court of Human Rights.
