Totalitarianism as a regime: state or chaos? A study of Arendt's idea of totalitarianism trying to highlight the role of the state. Ηow do we end up at Auswitch and does we really need institutions of the state? Checking out the structure of the state from Hobbes to Kant and Hegel we approach the target, the purpose of the state. Through examining every feature of totalitarianism (total control, concentration camps, the role of the political party, the leader, secret police, etc) we try to understand how was and how can exist totalitarianism until today.
