Summary:
The aim of this paper is to highlight as quickly as possible the issues related and arising in relation to medical malpractice in oncology. We will look at the legal framework of oncologist responsibility, how often they face criminal responsibilities compared to other medical specialists, how easy it is to prove the responsibility of an oncologist as well as concepts such as palliative and palliative care for oncology patients. We will look at the criterion used by our case law to diagnose any oncologist's liability, how important the consent and information of the oncologist is, and all this alongside the review of Greek case law on oncologists and specialists other doctors associated with oncology patients
