The main subject matter of this thesis is the issues deriving from the abnormal progression of a preliminary contract aggreement. Specifically it contains an analysis of the provisions and articles in the Greek Civil Code enforced in case of a final agreement, which could be implemented upon a preliminary agreement as well.
