Summary:
In the present work, the concept of the Human Subject is presented, through the theory of the Kantian categorical imperative and its reversal and the reflection on the ethics of education and the state emerges. Regarding the autonomy of the subject, it depends on freedom of will and its functions. Freedom is correlated with moral law and the concept of duty is linked to willpower and it is the motive that leads man to act. Then, the contents of the Kantian categorical imperative, its reversal and its association with the State and Education are analyzed. The Kant's Education System has the ultimate goal of making children ethical in order to become ethical citizens of a moral society in the future.
