Summary:
This work will initially be a reference to the hotel industry and the Tourism sector.
An analysis of the tourism market will be carried out both in Greece and on the World Map and the pathogens of Greek tourism will be noted as well as the imperative actions for its improvement.
General information on the creation of an investment plan will be given. It will examine the process of drafting a business plan for the establishment of a hotel unit, namely the establishment of autonomous independent furnished dwellings in one of the most cosmopolitan islands of the Cyclades, Santorini.
A business plan will be designed to map the establishment process, marketing / sales strategy, and hotel management.
The strategic objective of the business is to establish a healthy, innovative and profitable hotel unit by implementing a product expansion strategy and following a diversification strategy against competition. As far as the marketing program is concerned, the main objective of the program will be to establish long-term relationships with customers, to build trust and to anticipate sales growth.
An analysis will be made of all the financial data, such as the cost of the investment, costs, expenses and depreciation of the enterprise.
In conclusion, it should be emphasized that due to the fact that the island of Santorini is one of the most beautiful islands in Greece, it has attracted the interest of many entrepreneurs and will attract even more, since one can execute his business plans without the fear of failing, in order to achieve a change for the better on the island.
