Healthcare marketing in social media
This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of health services marketing through social media.
In the framework of this work a questionnaire survey was conducted to clarify the influence of social media on health service users. The results of the work are expected to help healthcare professionals and patients understand the key factors that determine communication between them, thus improving the process of distribution and provision of medical services in our country.
The second chapter refers to Social Media Networks. In particular, their characteristics are presented, as well as the changes that are made by using them. In addition, reference is made to the Greek reality and to how much they have penetrated the Greek people.
In the third chapter we refer to the Social Media Networks in the health sector. It describes how important it is in this area, what are their benefits, and what are the risks they can bring.
In the fourth chapter, a research review is made indicating the purpose and purpose of research, methodology and research constraints.
In the fifth chapter, we present the research conducted for this diploma. Specifically, results are being exported to investigate whether Internet users are involved in social media on health-related issues.
Finally, the sixth chapter presents the conclusions based on the results of the survey.
