Bleeding disorder in diffuse intravascular coagulation
Summary:
Hemorrhage may result from disturbances at any of the stages of haemostasis and may involve a) vascular disorders, (b) functionality of the platelets, (c) the number of the platelets and (d) coagulation mechanism. The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the hemorrhagic disorders in disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIS). The methodology of the study was based on the collection of secondary data, through books and articles in the literature. This is a systematic review aimed at exploring this issue through already conducted studies. The main findings of the study showed that this condition is characterized by intense complications which, if not properly treated, may even be fatal to the patient. The patient has to follow a specific procedure to cope with the bleeding disorder, a procedure which, based on specific rules, will lead to positive effects for the individual. Essentially it will help the individual to overcome the current difficult situation. The patient’s history is of great importance in this condition. The tests to which the patient is subjected are physical examinations in relation to thrombi, liver disease and other hereditary diseases that lead to the hemorrhage disorder. The main conclusion of the study is that the condition is manageable, it is simply necessary to have proper management and knowledge both at the level of scientists and at the level of patients. The cooperation of the two parties is essential in addressing the disorder.
