Summary:
This dissertation, with the help of literature review and empirical research, seeks to describe the new possibilities of social media tools, as well as a renewed proposal for the development of social networks at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC). The purpose of the research is to identify a strategic plan for integrated communication with an emphasis on the digital environment and the means to improve the projection and image of the SNFCC. At the same time, there are three separate objectives. The first is to clarify the concepts of marketing, digital marketing and social networks. The second relates to the analysis of the existing situation in the SNFCC and the program followed by the operator for the present period. The third objective is to develop a strategic plan for integrated communication for the Foundation. After the clarification and investigation of the necessary concepts, empirical study and research are carried out in order to fully understand the image of the organization in the Greek public and the use of the means of customer service. Finally, based on the evaluation of the study results, it is possible to draw up a strategic plan for integrated communication.
