The attitudes and opinions of early childhood educators- about the training program «School Integration and Education of Roma children», on the practices that have been implemented and the education material that was offered.

The present research investigates the challenges emerging from the introduction of Roma infants to the Greek primary education (nursery school).
More specifically, I examine the attitudes and opinions of early childhood educators – who work at schools in the Attica region and have participated at the training program «School Integration and Education of Roma children», at the school year 2016-2017 on the practices that have been implemented and the education material that was offered. Initially, the main aim of the present research was to investigate whether Roma infants are well integrated at the kindergartens, by examining the practices and actions of the program, as well as the re-education of the educators. Moreover, there was an opportunity through the research to highlight the suggestions of the educators about the improvement of Roma school integration.
