The medication which affects the biological and psychological globe of an individual and those that are responsible for the important changes of the body function and the psychology of a person are called psychotropic. They can be described as addictive and non-addictive. On the other hand, cannabis and all similar substances (marijuana-hashish) belong to non-addictive medicine.
The drug addiction to medicine or toxicomania is about the consumption of a drug which is taken repeatedly and sometimes in a compulsory way.
