Summary:
This thesis is a study of the concept of political crime, as it has been imprinted over the years in the Greek legal order.The following is an attempt to describe as accurately as possible the treatment of political crimes and their perpetrators in our country. Greek governments' measures to treat their political opponents are then outlined.In particular, the concepts of political crime and terrorism are compared in the light of their own '17 November' and 'ELA', and the contemporary expressions of 'political crime' are recorded both internationally and in Europe. level. Finally, the action of the Golden Dawn political party is described.
