Chnage managment in school units, How human resources management contributes to shaping school culture

The following work analyzes the way in which school units are managed by principals in shaping school culture. School culture is very important for children and the education they receive as it will largely determine their behavior as adults.
In order to be able to create the right school culture, it is first necessary to make the appropriate changes to the administration that come either through the implementation of innovations or reforms. Innovations are about new ideas that upgrade and modernize the school while reforms are about forced changes that need to be made and come from legislative processes.
The following section analyzes the theory of leadership, its models, its difference with management and the way it influenced school units. The principal needs to be universally accepted by students, teachers, and parents in order to be successful. As a leader he needs to choose the right style and be able to separate leadership from management skills. The following is the theory of human resource management. In addition to the above, the manager must have knowledge of their management as it achieves its goals. Management is not only about students but also about teachers, parents and society. The above leads him to formulate school-appropriate and school-culture situations, which he can modify and modify to suit the prevailing situations.
School culture is directly related to human resource management and leadership. The principal needs to have the necessary knowledge on these issues but also needs to raise the awareness of the teachers in order to achieve them and create the necessary school culture without turning the school into a business and keeping its educational character.
