This essay aims to explore educational biography as a method that may facilitates an internal dialogical process of critical self-reflection to adult educators and it aims to give prominence to the way this can happen through digital narration. The main research question to which it will try to answer is: how the creation of a digital storytelling from educators could bring out reflective practices and which is the influence of educational autobiography in the teaching process.
The sample consists of three participants, 2 Early Childhood Education teachers, 29 and 39 years old respectively and a Teacher, 32years old. These narrations were compiled through personal meetings with the participants and the digital narratives were collected live through workshops, aimed at creating meaningful material for the participants. I had a supportive role mostly at technical parts. Personal interviewswere conucted at the end of the laboratory as well as at the beginning, in order to examine possible reflective practices of the participants.
The results of the analysis, were based on the theoretical framework and the main concepts that have been presented and analysed extensively by researchers throughout years.
