TRADITION AND MODERNISM IN POETRY: LESSON PLANS FOR HIGH SCHOOL
Summary:
The present essay deals with the didactic unit of Literature at the High School "Tradition and Modernism in Modern Greek Poetry". A thorough attempt was made to analyze the theoretical approaches and pedagogical principles governing the New Curriculum, proposed in 2011 for the teaching of literature (ΦΕΚ 1562/2011), which is the pillar for the holistic approach of literature as a field of cultural production. The New Curriculum, which, from 2011 until today, is the basis for building a modernist approach to the subject of Literature in the teaching practice, was co-examined with the instructions prepared by the Pedagogical Institute in the context of the implementation of the Act "NEW SCHOOL (School of the 21st century) - New curriculum (MIS 295450), but also the detailed instructions for teaching the course of Literature of the current school year (143602 / Δ2 / 17-9-2019). The aim of this research was the need to prepare a comprehensive didactic proposal for the teaching unit "Tradition and Modernism in Modern Greek Poetry" for Literature in first grade of Lyceum, which, fully meets the requirements of the New program, can be implemented in a real class, not ideal, which displays all the problems of otherness and learning diversity of the modern educational reality.
