Low Noise Amplifiers Design for Satellite Systems
Summary:
The current thesis project demonstrates the design of two Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), which are parts of a satellite system with operating frequencies at 3200MHz (S-Band SAR) and one at 9300MHz (X-Band SAR) with application on Synthetic Aperture Radars (SAR).
For the design and simulation of the amplifiers, the design program of Agilent ADS (Advanced System Design) and the appropriate items from the program library were used.
Finally, the simulation results demonstrate the good amplification ability and the low noise levels of LNAs
