The and complexity of the contractual relations, the graduates of physical and sports education can contract with the municipal sports organizations leads to questions about the form and the completeness of the legal framework for the employment of graduates of physical and sports education. In recent years, due to the economic instability, the Local Authorities have turned their attention to the effectiveness of Human Resources Management. With this study the personnel’s whole recruitment system is researched thoroughly, and specifically the link between the graduates of physical and sports education and the Municipal Sports Organizations, as it is applied today, as we will also describe the main functionalities of the Human Resources Management, the analysis and description of the types of employment, the sources of attraction and the method of selection of the appropriate staff, its training and evaluation that follow in order to increase the efficiency and satisfaction of the employees.
The aim of this effort is to fully detect the possibilities provided by the law towards the graduates of physical and sports education, to be employed by the Municipal Sports Organizations and to investigate methods that will lead to cost deduction and increase the efficiency of the employees.
The study of this topic aims to contribute to the solution of the major problem of determining the current state of the employment framework , and also to help provide the necessary clarifications regarding employment and contractual relations between graduates of physical and sports education and the Local Authorities. This assignment’s goal is a) the study of the contractual relations of the current employment framework and the services provided in sports and physical activities within the legal framework of the Local Authorities , b) the analysis of the correlation between the strategic management of Human Resources and the contribution of the employees to the Municipal Sports Organizations.
