Summary:
In this thesis, the basic aspects of e-commerce and the consumer’s behavior regarding the cosmetics industry are being analyzed, specifically for the market in the area of Attiki. First of all, in terms of references, we see that e-commerce has opened new horizons for the markets.
Then, through a questionnaire, the familiarization of people with internet and e-commerce as well as consumer’s preferences are being recorded, in combination of the preferences in the cosmetics e-commerce business.
The research showed that, now e-commerce is vital part of the business and also for the consumers. All levels of consumers are highly familiarized with internet, everyday life has changed through the pandemic, and that is something that had definitely consequences in the cosmetics industry
