Summary:
Paraneoplastic syndromes are manifestations caused by substances released by cancer cells .Neoplasia and paraneoplastic phenomena are usually diagnosed at the same time or with a short time difference between eath other .These syndromes affect the renal function and histology indirectly by the production of antibodies ,immune complexes or cytokines or hormones or by causing electrolyte disorders .This review aims ,through research of medical databases ,to describe the renal paraneoplastic syndromes , analyze their pathology and to mention some case reports for each paraneoplastic syndrome
