Summary:
This current assignment is actually an attempt to trace out the way bodies are being captured in Michel Foucault's books, especially in the area of discipline and sexuality, structured in three main parts: the first analyses bio- power as a piece of his conception of power as positive and totally productive, the second focuses on discipline and punishment as practice of anatomic and biological configuration of the body and, finally, the third describes sexuality as a part of multiple schemes of bio-power over the bodies.
