Summary:
Teleworking, as a modern work model, has gained particular importance in recent years, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. The rapid spread of telecommuting has caused significant changes in the organization and operation of businesses, simultaneously affecting the well-being of employees. As businesses and workers continue to adapt to this new environment, it becomes imperative to understand the effects of telecommuting on productivity and overall employee well-being. This thesis examines the relationship between telecommuting and productivity, with an emphasis on the factors that positively or negatively influence this relationship. The effects of telecommuting on employee well-being are also analyzed, as well as the challenges businesses face in managing a remote workforce. Based on the literature review, the thesis attempts to provide in-depth answers on best practices to improve the productivity and well-being of teleworkers
