Ζητήματα Ηθικής 2026 Ελληνικά Greek English ΠΑΝΗ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ PANI DIMITRA Ο Εμφύλιος Πόλεμος στην Κέρκυρα το 428 π.Χ. ήταν το αποτέλεσμα της οξείας πολιτικής αντιπαραθέσεως μεταξύ των ολιγαρχικών και των δημοκρατικών για την διακυβέρνηση τής πολιτείας. Υπήρξε ένα ιστορικό γεγονός – ορόσημο στην πορεία τού Πελοποννησιακού Πολέμου και καταλυτικός παράγων για την έκβασή του. Η παρούσα μελέτη εστιάζει στα ηθικά ζητήματα που ανακύπτουν λόγῳ τής ακρότητος τής βίας που εκδηλώθηκε καθ’ όλη την διάρκεια τού Εμφυλίου Πολέμου. Τα θέματα ηθικής τάξεως εξετάζονται με γνώμονα τον κώδικα ηθικών αξιών των Αρχαίων Ελλήνων όπως αυτές αναδεικνύονται από τον Θουκυδίδη στον Επιτάφιο Λόγο τού Περικλέους. Η φιλοσοφική θεωρία υπό το πρίσμα τής οποίας μελετάται η ηθική πραγματικότητα τού πολεμικού φαινομένου είναι η Αρετοκρατία τού Αριστοτέλους. Επιπροσθέτως, καταδεικνύεται η αρμογή των αρχών τού Πολιτικού Ρεαλισμού με τις συνθήκες τού Εμφυλίου Πολέμου καθώς οι αρχές αυτές αποτελούν τις ρυθμιστικές παραμέτρους για την εκδήλωση τής πολεμικής πράξεως εν γένει. Όσον αφορά τα αίτια για την εκδήλωση τής αμιγούς βίας, αυτά διερευνώνται στο πλαίσιο των Ψυχοβιολογικών και Ψυχολογικών θεωριών. Υποστηρίζεται η πολυδιάστατη φύση τής αιτιώδους συνάφειας και η τριαρχία στην δημιουργία των αιτιακών σχέσεων, ο ανθρώπινος χαρακτήρας, το κοινωνικό περιβάλλον και ο ίδιος ο πόλεμος. Στο πεδίο τού ανθρωπίνου και τού κοινωνικού παράγοντος το ψυχολογικό φαινόμενο τής βίας τίθεται ως αποτέλεσμα τής αλληλοδράσεως τού πρωταρχικού στοιχείου τού ενστίκτου με τις διεργασίες τής μαθήσεως. The Civil War in Corfu in 428 BC was the result of a sharp political confrontation between the oligarchs and the democrats for the governance of the state. It was a historical event – ​​a milestone in the course of the Peloponnesian War and a catalytic factor for its outcome. The present study focuses on the ethical issues that arise due to the extreme violence that occurred throughout the Civil War. The issues of ethical order are examined in light of the code of moral values ​​of the Ancient Greeks as they are highlighted by Thucydides in the Epitaph of Pericles. The philosophical theory in the light of which the ethical reality of the war phenomenon is studied is Aristotle’s Virtuocracy. In addition, the compatibility of the principles of Political Realism with the conditions of civil war is demonstrated, as these principles constitute the regulatory parameters for the manifestation of the act of war in general. As for the causes for the manifestation of pure violence, these are investigated within the framework of Psychobiological and Psychological theories. The multidimensional nature of causality and the triarchy in the creation of causal relationships, the human character, the social environment and the war itself, are supported. In the field of the human and social factor, the psychological phenomenon of violence is posed as a result of the interaction of the primary element of instinct with the processes of learning.
