<dc:description xml:lang="en">The ERMIS mission is a pathfinder constellation of three advanced small satellites developed under the coordination of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), aiming to demonstrate innovative space technologies such as 5G-IoT communications in low Earth orbit (LEO), inter-satellite links (ISL), laser optical communications, and hyperspectral Earth observation. This thesis presents the design and implementation of a web-based mission operations dashboard for the ERMIS ground segment. The system enables real-time telemetry monitoring, historical data analysis, and system health observation through an integrated interface. The solution consists of a frontend built on NASA’s Open Mission Control Technologies (Open MCT) framework and a custom backend responsible for authentication, middleware integration, and telemetry distribution. Real-time data are ingested via Server-Sent Events (SSE) and delivered through WebSockets, while REST APIs support historical data access. The system is deployed through a CI/CD pipeline and operates in a production environment using Nginx and PM2. The result is a modular and extensible platform that supports mission operations and demonstrates a modern approach to ground segment software for small satellite missions.</dc:description>
