<dc:description xml:lang="en">This thesis explores the importance of the relationship between soul and body in promoting psychosocial health, approaching the human being as an integrated and inseparable entity. Its purpose is to investigate how the interaction of psychological, physical, social, and spiritual factors influences overall human well-being. An interdisciplinary approach is adopted, drawing on perspectives from philosophy, theology, psychology, neuroscience, and psychosocial counseling. The study presents both historical and contemporary perspectives on the soul–body relationship, examines theological and psychological approaches, and discusses the contribution of neuroscience to understanding psychosomatic functioning. Furthermore, it highlights the importance of interpersonal relationships, self-awareness, resilience, and self-care practices in strengthening psychosocial health. The findings suggest that a holistic understanding of the human person contributes significantly to the prevention of psychosocial difficulties, the enhancement of mental resilience, and the improvement of quality of life.</dc:description>
