Authenticated University members can deposit records of their published research and upload original material, including research datasets, technical reports and preprints. The system brings together each researcher’s work on a Researcher Profile page.
Pergamos hosts bibliographic records for scientific publications by members of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens research community.

Features
The deposit services offer the following features:
DOI support
The system recognises DOIs and automatically retrieves the corresponding record from a form or file. It automatically assigns DOIs to research datasets.
Add records
Add new records by completing the appropriate form.
Bulk import and export of records
Import and export records in bulk using BibTeX or RIS files.
Controlled access
Creators can restrict access to original material they have uploaded. Interested users can request access to restricted material.
Citations
Through interoperability with other systems, Pergamos supports automatic citation counts for scientific publications.
File uploads
The system supports file formats including PDF, XLS, XLSX, DOCX and RTF. The full list of 18 supported formats is available during deposit.
Researcher profile
The system automatically creates a researcher profile page and supports ORCID.
