For Students
Following a decision by the NKUA Senate, students in every University academic unit and at every level (undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral) may deposit doctoral dissertations, postgraduate theses and undergraduate theses with the Library and Information Centre through the Pergamos electronic self-deposit service. This process is mandatory for the completion of postgraduate and doctoral studies and graduation, and optional for undergraduate degrees.

Deposit a doctoral dissertation
Requirements:
- Confirmation of successful completion from the Secretariat
- Complete the required declarations and accept the submission terms
- Ensure the text follows the structure and templates set by your academic unit and/or library
Features:
- Automatic DOI assignment
- Choose a licence for the thesis
- Set an embargo period for access to the full text, in accordance with the current Senate decision
Deposit a postgraduate thesis
Requirements:
- Confirmation of successful completion from the Secretariat
- Complete the required declarations and accept the submission terms
- Ensure the text follows the structure and templates set by your academic unit and/or library

- Choose a licence for the thesis
- Set an embargo period for access to the full text, in accordance with the current Senate decision
