Αιτιοπαθογένεια και βιοχημικοί δείκτες πρόγνωσης αποβολών 1ου τριμήνου
Summary:
Miscarriages in the first trimester of pregnancy are a crucial problem for many
women who want to have children with either naturally or with assisted
reproductive techniques.
The aim of this paper is to review the causes and pathogenesis, and the study
of biochemical markers that are affected by the discharges of the first
trimester of pregnancy.
Originally emphasizes the pathology of miscarriages at the first trimester,
whether pathological pregnancies contribute to recurrent miscarriage, what is
the role of the endometrium, what are the prospects of ultrasound and clinical
implications. Also made reference to selection failure hypothesis. A small
reference is made to the definition and epidemiology of first trimester
miscarriages.
Next reference is made to the causes and discussed how this affects the
pathology of the recurrent miscarriages. Next we analyze the biochemical
markers and how they affected by abortion, whether they are sensitive and
clinically useful.
Finally, reference is made to the psychological support for women with first
trimester miscarirages and to prognosis of subsequent pregnancies.
