Summary:
The formulation used was an antifungal ointment which contained 3% of
Clioquinol and 0.025% Fluocinolone. Several tests resulted to the best
chromatographic conditions. In addition, for the validation were carried out
controls of selectivity, accuracy, linearity, precision, robustness and
stability. The methods developed were practical so that could be easily used in
busy analytical laboratories.
