Development of catalysis' methods frindly to the environment.
Summary:
In the thesis, we present:
• The design and the synthesis of new peptides based on proline and
aspartic acid along with the study of their catalytic activity in asymmetric
aldol reactions in organic or aqueous environment.
• The study of the novel organocatalytic oxidation protocol which has
developed in our laboratory. Utilizing 2,2,2-trifluoromethylacetophenone as
catalyst and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, we successfully demonstrate the
oxidation of allyloximes to isoxazolines.
