Summary:
The study contacted concerns the determination of colimycin in human Bal.
Initially, the appropriate conditions were found to LC-MS for the development
of a suitable method which could provide satisfactory detection and separation
of the two colimycin forms. After that, this method was implementedto human Bal
samples in order to detect the spiked colimycin.Finally experiments of
accuracy, repeatability, recovery and matrix effect were executed as part of
the methodology confirmation.
