Music and cell phones in musical performances. The case of "Stavros tou Notou".
Summary:
This paper is a study based on fieldwork, in the music scene of "Stavros tou Notou", namely people who film parts or entire musical performances with their mobile phones.

Through this research, what I aimed for, was to come up with a conclusion about the reasons why people choose to use their cell phones, and the way they do it, while attending a music show or a concert. Back then, they all reconciliated with the notion: "Please put your phone in silent mode." Now the audience, either neglects this announcement or they use their phone to film, photograph, be sent to a third one photograph from the show, or something to raise the profile of social media.

Why should this process be undertaken throughout this process and could watch the show with all his attention, and then inform their friends when they see them, to show that he attended? Are we attending a performance simply in order to testify that we've been ther rather than personal catharsis and pleasure? What are the filming reasons, what are the influences on the audience and what on the artists?
