Summary:
In the present paper attempts are made to study the sciences that are related to life in the light of the society and the existing polity. Particular reference all along the work is given to biotechnology and genetic science but also in discussions of political figures, institutions and organizations around the advantages and disadvantages that exist around them.
In the light of biotechnology and genetics, attempt is made to interpret with inductively method the way that these disciplines influenced in certain large developed countries. An effort is made to clarify the scientific and social development and to understand the importance of science policy and legislation.
Among the main issues that are discussed in the work, special attention is given to the differences between the countries around the policy and legislation, to the scientific research, the perceptions of citizens and of course the ethical issues arising .
By the time of conclusions, there is an interesting theoretical approach and analysis of the issue, a specific pattern from the beginning to the end in an effort to maintain a constant flow and sequence of thoughts and questions that surround the work.
