Summary:
Education in Greece and globally is in constant controversy.The scientists quarrel with the teaching methods that should be applied in order to achieve the best possible results.The problem is getting even bigger in the teaching of Astronomy and generally in the teaching of the natural sciences.In our ountry since eighties they started to apply methods based on the theory of constructivism.The reasearch aims to indentify the problems of greek students in the natural sciences and to approach the issue philosophically in order to show the need for radical changes in teaching methods.
