Academic and Administrative Structure and Operation of the University of Glasgow. Research critical review.

The University of Glasgow is a public body offering knowledge and research through the basic principles of sincerity and success. Its aim is to educate people to change the world and preserve its reputation as a higher education institution of international recognition.
Important elements of the University are its academic and administrative structure and function. It can distinguish the subjects in four major categories: a) Arts, b) Medicine, Veterinary and Life Sciences, c) Science and Engineering, and d) Social Sciences that make up his Collegiums. These Colleges include its 20 Schools and 9 Research Institutes.
In relation to the Administrative Structure, it consists of one-member and collective administrative bodies. They act independently with specific individual responsibilities but in full communication and cooperation between them, promoting excellent organization and efficiency.
In conclusion, reference is made to the staff manual / internal organization. It is a comprehensive informative guide that analyzes all aspects of working life (terms of employment, labor relations, learning and education, equality and diversity, services and facilities).
