Summary:
During the last hundred years, due to demographic and technological advances, humanity has witnessed the deadliest wars. These wars resulted in massive refugee flows. In this dissertation we describe the cause of these flows in each war and we try to analyze the evolution in their management. We consider every war as a turning point in the management of the refugees. Having that in mind we describe in detail the most crucial factors which affected the evolution mentioned and we propose solutions to use them in the most effective way in the refugees’ interest.
