In this paper I am presenting the history and the theory of the long distance education. Especially I tried to be specific about the historical evolution of this educational form and method. It studies the basic educational methods and how they are influenced by the long distance education. Specifically i study the cultural interactions and the social comparison among the students who study through this way. You can support this differences reading the study i present .The study about the learning a foreign language through an online application or platform.
