Summary:
This paper will examine the problem of the crisis in Europe and in our country, the main features will be sought and the meaning and content of the Right to Work will be defined. Τhe changes to Right of Work, which have taken place this six-year period (2010-2016), will be considered through the examination of Greek Case Law and some special of decisions of the European Courts.
Also will be discussed Case Law related to the rights of those who are content of the Right to Work and the investigation will be completed resulting in some conclusions with proposals export effort in relation to the above issues.
